NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The "The Ultimate Lebanese Bundle Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is open to those who enter via the official Instagram post and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of @waseenaLB, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of @waseenaLB as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • Start Date: Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST
  • End Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by completing the following steps on Instagram:

  • Follow @waseenaLB on Instagram.
  • "Like" the official "The Ultimate Lebanese Bundle Giveaway" collaboration post.
  • Tag one (1) friend in the comments.

Entry Mechanic: When a Contestant tags a friend in the comments, both the Contestant and the tagged friend will be entered into the drawing, provided both parties meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Sponsor’s Instagram account. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of @waseenaLB. Note: You must not inaccurately tag content or encourage users to inaccurately tag content (e.g., do not tag yourself in a photo if you are not in the photo).

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) "The Ultimate Lebanese Bundle" consisting of:

  • One (1) @waseenaLB Signature Tote Bag (Approx. Retail Value: $60)
  • One (1) Art Print (Approx. Retail Value: $30)
  • One (1) Lebanese Heritage Cap (Approx. Retail Value: $50)

Total Prize Value per Winner: $140. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by @waseenaLB. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of @waseenaLB. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within 48 hours following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes period. @waseenaLB shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that @waseenaLB, anyone acting on behalf of @waseenaLB, and @waseenaLB’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Shipping and Logistics

@waseenaLB will be responsible for the fulfillment and shipping of the prizes. Shipping is limited to the United States.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless @waseenaLB and Meta (Instagram) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction.

11. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the @waseenaLB website.

12. Meta (Instagram) Platform Rules & Disclosures

In compliance with Meta’s Promotion Guidelines, the following terms apply:

  • Acknowledgment: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
  • Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant completely releases Meta (Instagram) from any and all liability.
  • Data Disclosure: You understand that you are providing your information to @waseenaLB (the Sponsor) and not to Meta or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes and as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

13. Winner List

To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, please email your request to hello@waseena.com. Requests must be received no later than June 1, 2026.
