We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Contact & Ship Back: You must contact us and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Value Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (as agreed upon with Waseena). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
